The result is a limited release that layers mature bourbon character with toasted oak, dark fruit, burnt sugar, and warming spice.

The foundation is a carefully constructed blend of 7-, 10-, and 11-year-old straight bourbons. After blending, the whiskey spends an additional four months in custom Garryana oak barrels made by Oregon Barrel Works. Each barrel receives an extended three-hour toast, designed to draw additional spice, sweetness, and complexity from this dense Pacific Northwest oak.
