Rested in American oak, the tequila pours a warm golden amber, hinting at both its careful aging and meticulous craftsmanship.

On the nose, subtle notes of mellow oak and bright citrus mingle with the unmistakable purity of natural agave. The palate opens smoothly, revealing layers of warm vanilla, toasted tree nuts, caramelized agave, and gentle baking spices—clove and cinnamon woven seamlessly with soft oak for a long, elegant finish.

The Craft

Only 7–8 year mature agave is selected, harvested entirely by hand at peak ripeness. The piñas are slow cooked in traditional steam ovens, allowing the natural sugars and flavors of the agave to fully develop without bitterness. After a minimum three-day cook, the agave is rested and cooled before mashing and distillation, preserving its natural character and complexity.

The tequila is then rested in American oak barrels, where it gains its signature color and refined flavor profile. Once perfectly matured, the spirit is drawn from the barrel and presented in an heirloom-quality solid ceramic decanter, finished with a heavyweight, all-metal statuette stopper designed to be as striking on display as the tequila is in the glass.
