Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2026 is the 12th release of one of the most coveted expressions from Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. Bottled uncut, unfiltered, and at natural cask strength, the 2026 edition comes in at a formidable 141 proof (70.5% ABV) and was created from 118 hand-selected barrels chosen by Master Distiller Donnis Todd.

Each barrel selected for the 2026 release matured for eight years in the intense Texas Hill Country climate, where extreme heat accelerates interaction between whiskey and oak. The result is a deeply concentrated Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey with powerful notes of smoke, dark fruit, caramelized sugar, toasted marshmallow, and warming spice. Only 16,000 bottles were produced for the 2026 release, reinforcing Cowboy Bourbon’s reputation as a highly collectible annual release.
