Unlike a traditional single-barrel release, Wahoo No. 3 combines whiskey from three carefully selected barrels. The blend features 5- and 7-year-old Kentucky straight rye whiskeys made from a 95% rye and 5% malted rye mash bill, alongside Irish single grain whiskey finished in Madeira casks. The blend was then matured further in High N’ Wicked ex-bourbon and ex-rye casks, adding depth and complexity.
