Mendocino Spirits Dry Gin is 100% hand distilled using our own 200 year old Cognac still.
Absolute extraction of fine botanicals are combined with the best grain neutral spirits made from 80% GMO free corn from Quebec and 20% organic wheat from Italy.

BOTANICALS - Botanicals include Juniper Berries sourced in Umbria and Macedonia, Lemon Peel and Orange Peel found in California, Grains of Paradise and Orris Root from France, Italian Rosemary, and Cinnamon from Vietnam.


NOSE - The fragrance is fresh and clean, like a squeeze of citrus and spice.


PALATE - On the palate, you will find bright bursts of orange zest and pine over a dash of white pepper and lemon custard.

FINISH - The finish is clean and smooth with a lasting freshness.

His apprenticeship with Hubert Germain-Robin was second to none, at the finest brandy distillery in the USA. Crispin started working with Hubert in the Summer of 1989, and he never looked back.
