in aroma profiles and specific subtle aromatics of their favorite category of spirits.  
Knowing that you got what you paid for in a rare spirit is critically important.  Serious 
spirits drinkers realize that pungent, overpowering ethanol seriously hinders

How to Use NEAT 
1. Best fill = 1 ½ oz.  Hold glass level, swirl vigorously to promote evaporation.  Nose at the center of the rim plane, the “sweet spot” close mouth, sniff through nose only. 
2. Move nose across rim plane to rim edge to detect light aromas 
3.  Use caps to cover top when comparing multiple samples 
4. Placing nose into or below the neck yields a blast of pungent, nose-numbing ethanol similar to aromas from tulip glasses 
5. Hold in palm to warm spirits, by neck to cool. 
6.  Do not add water. Water raises liquid surface tension, shuts down all aromas, giving false impression that it “opens up"
