New Riff 8 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a mature expression of New Riff Distilling's signature high-rye bourbon, offering deeper oak character and richer layers of fruit and spice after at least eight years in the barrel. Produced in Newport, Kentucky, this release represents the distillery's first older expression of its flagship bourbon.

Made from a 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley mash bill, the bourbon retains New Riff's recognizable rye-driven character while additional years of maturation bring greater depth and a more developed oak profile. It is bottled without chill filtration at 100 proof.
